Dueguard does not replace a government authority, lawyer, insurer, or qualified professional.

The app does not provide individualized legal or administrative advice. Always verify information with the official source relevant to your circumstances.

3. Information and sources

Deadlines, fees, documents, and procedures can change. Dueguard does not guarantee their permanent accuracy or availability. The official source remains authoritative.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter, its backup, verification of deadlines, and completion of your procedures within the applicable time limits.

5. Availability

The app may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical changes, or circumstances beyond our control. Some features depend on iOS, the App Store, or third-party services.

6. Intellectual property

Dueguard, its brand, text, interface, and original elements are protected. No right to reproduce, adapt, or commercially exploit them is granted beyond normal use of the app.
