2. Data stored locally
Dueguard requires no user account and operates no Dueguard cloud database. Tasks, deadlines, and profiles are stored locally in SQLite. Sensitive items required by certain protection features are stored in SecureStore.
Dueguard has no advertising, marketing tracking, or advertising analytics.
3. Purchase data
RevenueCat is used to determine Radar Plus subscription status. It may process an anonymous identifier, purchase history, and related technical data required to manage access rights.
Apple processes payments. Dueguard neither receives nor stores payment card details. Retention periods at Apple and RevenueCat are governed by their respective policies.
4. Notifications
Reminders are local notifications scheduled on the device. You can change their permission in iOS settings.
5. PDF export
PDF files are generated locally. Dueguard does not send them to a Dueguard server. You choose their destination through the system share features.
6. PIN and biometrics
A PIN can protect access to the app. Biometric authentication is handled by iOS: Dueguard never receives, reads, or stores biometric data.
8. Retention
Main data is kept locally until you delete it in the app or delete the app’s data. Apple and RevenueCat retain the data they process under their own policies and obligations.
9. Your GDPR rights
Depending on your circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable. For data held only locally, you exercise these choices directly in the app or on your device. For any request: dev.triven.kadiata@gmail.com.
10. Complaint to the CNIL
You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL).
11. Security
Dueguard limits collection, favors local storage, and relies on iOS protections, SecureStore, PIN protection, and system biometrics. No system can guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes
This policy may change to reflect updates to the app, its service providers, or the law. The effective date shown on this page will be updated.
