1. Radar Plus offer
Radar Plus may be offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Included features are shown in the app before purchase.
2. Price, taxes, and currency
The applicable price is the price displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase. Currency, taxes, and their presentation are managed by Apple. No fixed price is stated on this page.
3. Payment
Payment is processed by Apple under the terms associated with your Apple Account. Dueguard neither receives nor stores payment card details.
4. Automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled within the time indicated by Apple. The charge and renewal date appear in your subscription settings.
5. Cancellation
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account. After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the paid period.
6. Restore purchases
“Restore Purchases” lets you recover Radar Plus with the Apple Account used for purchase, subject to App Store validation.
7. Change plan
Switching between monthly and annual plans is handled through the options offered by Apple. The effective date and any adjustment are those displayed by the App Store.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed by Apple. Use reportaproblem.apple.com. Dueguard cannot issue an App Store refund directly.
9. Temporary unavailability
Maintenance, an outage, or a third-party service may temporarily limit Radar Plus. We aim to restore affected features without undue delay.
10. Changes to the offer
Features or plans may evolve. Any change affecting a subscription is presented in accordance with App Store rules and applicable law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence.
