Contact support

Describe the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Never email us a PIN, personal document, or sensitive information.

Notifications

Make sure notifications are enabled under Settings › Notifications › Dueguard. Reminders are scheduled and displayed locally by your device.

If a reminder is missing, also check the task date, Focus settings, and iOS Scheduled Summary.

Radar Plus and purchase restoration

Use “Restore Purchases” in the app with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. An internet connection may be required.

Purchases, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your Apple subscription and request a refund from Apple.

Change plan

Available monthly and annual plans appear in the app and App Store. Apple applies the change under the terms displayed when you make your selection.

PDF export

PDF exports are generated locally on your device. Check available storage and sharing permissions if the share sheet does not open.

Delete local data

Tasks and profiles are stored on your device. Use the deletion features in Dueguard. Deleting the app also removes its local data, subject to backup and restore mechanisms managed by iOS.

Change language

Dueguard is available in French and English. Change the app language in iOS settings or through the options available in Dueguard.

Family profiles

Family profiles help organize a loved one’s tasks on the same device. They remain local and do not create an account for that person.
